What do I upload, and what do I get?
Upload one clear photo of your pet. We turn it into a short video starring that pet in your chosen scene, with music. Download the video or share its link.
Which photo should I use?
One pet, a clear face, and good light. Choose a JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC photo up to 10 MB.
How much does it cost?
Your Paw Star Video is £1.49 for about 8 seconds, including any of our 24 scenes. A name and message costs £2.49 in total. Paw Star Plus is £3.49 for about 10 seconds with a message. One payment. No subscription.
When will I get my video?
Usually about two minutes after payment. Your video appears on your private order page, ready to save and share. Some videos take a little longer.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Open the optional extras on the order form, then choose Add a Personal Message or Paw Star Plus. Add a name and sweet message if you like.
What if I need help?
If video creation fails, you can try again from your order page without paying again. You can also contact us with your order reference.
